This singer/songwriter/producer graduated from Yale University where she studied music perception and cognition. While still in school, Michelle Shaprow made her presence felt in the music world by producing and performing on tracks for Om Records, Warner Brothers, and King Britt’s FiveSix label. Michelle has done guest vocals and writing in a variety of genres ranging from the neo soul of Van Hunt to the pop of Apl from the Black Eyed Peas. Currently Michelle is working with brilliant producers and musicians Alex Elena (grammy nominated producer of Alice Smith) and Joshua Valleau (John Legend, Imani Coppola, The Future) to complete the upcoming album Purple Skies.
