When I first met DJ Needles at the I Got Soul Summit in Dallas in ’06 he passed me a CD that had a permanent residence in my Jeep’s CD deck for an unspeakable amount of time. Soul Searchin is the name of the joint and Ive been patiently awaiting a volume 2 (Hint, Hint). This is the type of mix most DJs, myself included, have probably said that they’re going to do one day and have never got around to.
