Yesterday ShunGu dropped the seventh installment of his astrological series, the “name your own price” release, The Cancer Tape. The project excels when he shares the tastiest, dusty loops (Best.Secret) but fails when blending acapellas with those same smoked out treats (New). Who am I to complain about a free release? Besides 3/5 good joints isn’t bad in today’s musical economy. Enjoy!
