As one of my favorite tunes from Nasir’s debut album, I was skeptical when I saw this remix even though BLS alum Vanilla was on the boards. I pressed play, wiped my forehead in relief and began my headnod as I enjoyed every single second of this jam. Vanilla says the beat reminds him of the OG, it doesn’t to me, but it’s a great compliment and one I’ll be adding to my sets.
