Vivian Green’s first album, A Love Story (2002), showed a lot of promise to me of things to come. It wasn’t a fantastic album, it was just ok to me. 3 yrs later she returned with Vivian, which had an entertaining video for Gotta Go, Gotta Leave but besides that, I can’t recall anything but being sorely disappointed. This year she brings us Beautiful, which I purchased with much apprehension because I wasn’t feeling the lead single. I don’t want to say the album is bad, because it isn’t, its just not for me. Here’s one track from the album that I am feeling though, I’ll probably spin it while I’m djing Saturday night. Have you heard the album yet? What are your thoughts?
