Here’s some ill Montreal Hip Hop from a crew that’s been gettin’ it in for 10 years now, The BoomBap Cats. The Jazz Records is just what I needed this afternoon, some really cool jazzy hip hop and some of the best Ive heard in awhile. Described as “an original combination of various inspirations from 70’s soul, funk rock and jazz with a golden era Hip Hop touch,” their sound is really dope. Check ’em out
