We alerted you to the release of Shabazz Palaces’ latest release Black Up HERE, the pairing of Ishmael “Butterfly” Butler (formerly of Digable Planets) and percussionist Tendai Maraire is some of the coolest avant garde you’ve heard lately I’m sure!
