Max Tannone, the creative force behind other mash-up successes like Mos Dub and Jaydiohead is back with another one entitled Ghostfunk.
By blending the Wu’s most charismatic voice with Afro-Beat Funk, Max has once again re-visioned classics in their own right, into entirely fresh and new recordings.
The thing I really like about Max‘s creations is that he’s got an uncanny ear for blending harmonies and how he makes vocals with a certain cadence work within an entirely other genre of music.
It’s totally beyond my expertise but I’m glad he likes to share the finished product with the masses.
