The collective known as Idle Warship (Talib Kweli, Res and sometimes Graph Nobel) are not defunct, as some may have thought.
Seems they were just taking their time to bring us back into the temple by allowing us almost two years ample time to study the “Scriptures of Musical Freedom” they put forth on their Mick Boogie assisted mixtape, Party Robot.
With this latest release, featuring label mate Jean Grae and newcomer Jay Knocka, Idle Warship spread their message of more free creative expression over DJ Khalil production.
