Hocus Pocus is a French hip-hop group that released their 2nd album, Place 54 in 2007. One of my favorite tracks features the recently elusive Omar (when is the album dropping?)!
Hocus Pocus is known for their positive hip hop and Smile is a testament to that and is a much needed statement for today’s economic climate. I’m loving the harmonica that plays throughout the track, it’s such a unique idea but doesn’t detract from the song at all. It’s always good to add an uncommon element to a genre and have it work so effectively. Rock on!
