There are many producer’s names to look for when purchasing vinyl but there’s only one triad I can think of right now that demands your attention: Holland Dozier Holland. Even individually or paired together these producers have scored many a hit! When I found this Motown gem which featured 2 joints by the trio I had to scoop it up. The Alexander sisters or Three Ounces of Love have a wonderful mix of great tunes on their self titled 1978 album; you can dance or love to it and I guarantee you’ll wanna tell some one about it. Just check out the immensely soulful Today Will Soon Be Yesterday and the way their voices just sound so great together and hover over the music and make you want to float away.
