This guy is one of the most talented singers/songwriters/producers that no one has heard yet…but that will change soon. I have always known him to be very philosophical at times even within his music. Terrard‘s music is a mixture of soul/funk/intergalactic/house. The Oklahoma City, Oklahoma native, now residing in Portland, Oregon, is currently working on some heat.
