Ive enjoyed the MC + live band aesthetic ever since I saw LL Cool J do it back in the day on MTV Unplugged. Recess is a 5 piece band + emcee that have performed with CoCo of Quadron, blu, and Tanya Morgan amongst many others. Led by up and coming emcee, Sene on their self titled release, the band breaks you off with a truly jazzy approach to Hip Hop that you will find undeniable.
