Quantic is preparing to release his Quantic Presenta Flowering Inferno Dog With A Rope album dropping July 13th via Tru Thoughts. The album was recorded and conceived in his Sonido del Valle studio in Cali, Colombia and the video that we are presenting today offers viewers a sneak glimpse into one of his recording sessions.
Dog With A Rope is Quantic’s second album under the Quantic Presenta Flowering Inferno umbrella, and serves as an outlet for more tropical dub/reggae sounds influenced by flavors from Latin America and Africa as well as the sound-system culture. It’s a Tropical sound-clash of sorts, and Quantic, as always, is able to mesh these various genres and sounds to perfection.
