Purity Ring creates music that so far contains a lot of the quirky elements that I find myself loving these days, such as staggered drums, pitched down vocals and weird wonky sounds that you can’t quite place but work so well within the final mix.

Of course it goes without saying that singer Megan James’ ghostly, disconnected vocals standout perfectly over Corin Roddick’s warped and churning production. So far the pair have released two other tracks, “Belispeak” and the seminal “Ungirthed“, each within the same tonal vein as Lofticries yet almost completely different in structure.
