First, I’d like to say that the original version of Rock Wit U feat Eric Roberson on DJ Jazzy Jeff’s The Magnificent was one of my favorites. I remember when this remix was first released and it used to get mad play in my sets. The spot that I used to play house at closed and so did my spinning of this tune. I got to see Erro perform this live in Bham and it really turned the crowd out so it stands to reason that it gets more shine, not to mention Osunlade really turned Jeff’s track into a modern dancefloor classic.
