Charlotte, North Carolina author/composer/singer, Rickie Byars Beckwith released her debut book, Let My Soul Surrender in June. The book is accompanied by her eighth solo CD of the same name. Rickie gets assistance on the CD from Parliament Funkadelic’s Ricky Rouse and Georgia Anne Muldrow amongst others.
