Classically trained, Birmingham singer-songwriter Laura Mvula (pronounced “Mmm-voola) Laura Mvula releases the visual treatment for “Green Garden“, the second single of her highly anticipated debut LP, “Sing To The Moon“.
Admittedly, I didn’t initially gravitate to the first single “She” from last November, until viewing the video for it just last week but after that and this carefree, hand-clapping ditty, she has certainly made me a believer.
From the lush scenery of the locale, the lovely tinkling of xylophones in the distance right before the drum sets kick in, to the shades of Nina Simone that Mvula’s vocals subtly radiate, you can pretty much color me all in for the rest of the album.
“Sing To The Moon” is set for a March 4th release in the UK only so far but it can still be Pre-Ordered either HERE or over HERE.
