I post this only to pose the question: Do I expect more from Common than I should, and if so, am I the only one? This song greeted me like a fresh whiff of Naughty by Nature’s 1999 Jamboree, which I didn’t like either. I could chalk this up as the commercial track from the album, but the extensive use of “ngh” in the chorus makes me doubt that, although it can be edited. Maybe Com’s saving all the “good” songs for us to hear once the album is released… Your thoughts?

Naw its not bad…the beat keeps it raw…maybe didnt so many nigs…nostalgia of Resurrection and One Day It Will All Make Sense will cloud us up with a Common / No ID project but I’ve been impressed so far
I disagree. I think the beat makes it extra fluffy like Cracker Barrell biscuits, however I must say I enjoy his flow on this track. Guess my disdain should fall on NO ID on this one…but Com picked the track! I keep waiting for Zhane to appear and ask “Can you jam, can you jam jam?”
